Starting July 12th, parents and guardians are able to verify their child’s information online through the parent portal, ParentVUE. This includes updating contact and emergency information, signing consent release forms, etc. and is the preferred alternative to the paper-based census form. We would appreciate you completing the information by the first day of school.
While summer is still in full swing, we are busy preparing for your student’s arrival this August and we need your help to make sure your family’s information is up to date. Having accurate information is crucial in receiving important and timely communication from Lincoln Public Schools. Principals and teachers use the contact information for notification of concerns and emergencies. We want to make sure that your records are accurate.
Please visit https://synergyvue.lps.org/ to access and log in to your ParentVUE account. Once you have logged in, select the Online Registration button in the upper right corner, and follow the prompts to update and verify your information. It is important that you complete this task as soon as possible.
If you have previously activated your ParentVUE account, but can’t remember your password, you can reset it online at https://synergyvue.lps.org/. If you have not yet activated your LPS ParentVUE account, please reference the letter you should have received earlier this year. If you need another copy, please contact the main office of your child’s school.

Students in the Remote Learning Program will receive their Chromebook on August 2nd at Readiness days (see enclosed flyer). This message contains important information regarding the LPS Parental Acknowledgement (PA), the Student Responsible Use Agreement (RUA) and the Chromebook Assurance Program (CAP).
Parent/Guardian PA decisions from last school year will be honored for next school year. No further action is required by parents/guardians.

Students are not required to sign a document to retrieve/receive a Chromebook, but need to familiarize themselves with the LPS Responsible Use Agreement (RUA) found at http://lps.org/go/RUA. By signing into a Chromebook, students agree to the terms of the LPS Responsible Use Agreement.
LPS is committed to protecting students and families from full financial responsibility for Chromebook repairs and/or replacement. More details about CAP can be found at http://lps.org/go/CAP.
The premium for participation in the program is $20.00, annually ($10.00 for students who qualify for Free/Reduced Lunch Program).
This highly recommended program is available until September 1, 2021.
To provide all students the opportunity to participate, the premium will be reflected as a fee in Synergy ParentVUE/StudentVUE on the fees tab in late July. Those who choose to participate in the program have two options to make the premium payment:
If you choose not to participate in the program, the fee can be ignored.
Again, the window for participation closes September 1, 2021.
